Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! My name is Mollie and I am licensed clinical social worker in the state of Oregon, with 7+ years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as internationally in area of community development.
What brings me the most joy in my therapy practice, is joining with my individual clients to illuminate their inner wisdom and strengths to allow for more fulfillment and ease (and any other qualities of their choice) in their lives. My goal for every session is to ensure a safe and fun environment where clients feel respected and supported to be themselves. While I am trained in various evidenced based interventions, the magic is in the collaboration and creating an individualized plan that will work for you.
My work is mainly with individuals, adults, ages 18+, special focus on Military, Veterans and their family members, with a holistic, trauma-sensitive and strengths-based approach. My training includes, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), mindfulness-meditation, problem-solving therapy, clinical hypnosis, guided imagery, EFT (emotional freedom technique), and yoga. And while not trained, am a big fan of animal-assisted therapies and other complimentary and alternative modalities.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if a client decides they would prefer a different therapist at any point, switching is an option.
