Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Greetings and Salutations! My name is Yolanda Danforth and I have spent the last three years as a School Counselor in a public school system here in Georgia. I have also earned experience in the field of addictions, and domestic violence in both individual and group settings while earning my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor).
I have come to appreciate both the challenges and rewards of using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness Based Therapy.
I attended Augusta State University (now Augusta University) to earn my Masters in Counseling with a Community approach in 2010 and my experience expands the age spectrum.
I am confident in my ability to help you meet your next chapter in life with success and purpose.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can genuinely help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A major advantage of online care is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists who offer online services are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit.
