Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 40 years experience trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Jungian Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Adlerian Therapy. I have worked with a variety of different problem issues including childhood sexual/physical trauma, depression/anxiety, self esteem issues, Veteran’s issues and more recently couples/relationship concerns,
Many individuals who come to therapy find that life’s problems do not neatly fall into decisions where the pros outweigh the cons. Rather, people often face dilemmas where they feel they have to pick the lesser of two evils. This causes people to feel stuck and paralyzed in making changes in their life. I assist people in mapping out their difficulties so that they can figure out how to transcend these dilemmas.
This requires that people feel safe and secure during therapy so that they feel they can explore these issues without fear of judgment. This requires me to tailor my approach depending on the issue and the individual. My training in a variety of different approaches has helped me to better pick the approach that fits the individual.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to in-person work.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can choose the mode of connection that suits you best, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, the convenience and accessibility of remote sessions help them engage more consistently with the support they need.
