Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Beatriz and I’m a Chicana born and raised in California who loves to read, spend time with my family and watch movies. I believe my identity as a first generation BIPOC women influences my work as a practitioner and I try to ensure I am always creating an empowering and healing space for everyone I work with.
I have been practicing as a social worker in a variety of settings for over a decade with the last 8 years specifically as a masters level clinician. I enjoy working with diverse populations that might need a little additional support as they navigate challenges that come up in daily life, and believe in the power of owning our own lived experience. I incorporate a blend of narrative therapy, motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy to my approach, though I tailor each session to the needs of the individual I am working with.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy makes a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with their therapist in the format that works best for them, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to maintain regular care and fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a different fit is needed, clients can switch therapists at any time. For many people, remote sessions offer an accessible and effective way to work on everyday concerns and personal growth.
