Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed professional counselor (she/her) in South Carolina, and have been working as a therapist with individuals and groups for over eight years. Things can feel overwhelming at times, and I’d like to help you lift the weight of life’s struggles. Change can be difficult, however, so is staying in the same place.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues, OCD, and ADHD. My most preferred therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with related evidence-based techniques. My therapy style is one of acceptance, genuineness, and positive regard. I aim to empower you to work through challenging situations with fortitude and resilience.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. I look forward to meeting you, and to providing guidance and support on your journey of balance and healing.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions – research and clinical experience indicate that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care.
A major benefit is convenience and flexibility. Individuals can meet with therapists in the format that fits their life best, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or messaging, which makes it easier to maintain consistency even with busy schedules.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. Online therapy can make consistent support more accessible while preserving the core elements of effective therapeutic work.
