Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello friends,
My joy is serving people, and I feel privileged to walk alongside you as you boldly face life’s difficulties and challenges and find brighter days awaiting you ahead.
At times, life can become overwhelming, lonely and even painful. It is a gift to be able to hear you bravely speak your truth and watch you begin taking steps forward.
Using a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused and Adlerian approaches to therapy, I can help you strengthen your inner voice, gain confidence and find abundant life once again. Listening, asking questions, and equipping you with useful information are just a few ways I can support you as you explore possibilities for change.
Working in a variety of counseling and educational roles for over 10 years, I have gained experience in treating many conditions and working with individuals and families. Some concerns I can help you with include struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma related concerns, body issues, anger management, pre or postpartum depression, family or marital concerns.
I want to hear your story and hope I have the opportunity to make a small but significant difference in your journey.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
One of the clearest benefits is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to maintain consistent care even when life is busy or unpredictable.
Licensed professionals deliver online therapy, and if a different fit is needed clients are free to switch therapists at any time. For many people, remote sessions provide a practical, effective way to work on everyday concerns and move toward meaningful change.
