Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Professional Art Therapist, licensed in Kentucky. I have more than 12 years experience working with anxiety, depression, medical trauma, PTSD, ADHD, Autism, as well as bereavement and grief. My style is humanistic with a client-centered approach supporting evidenced-based intervention. I believe in human beings, in their capacity to grow, change and endure. I believe in using the strengths of the individual as the basis of finding solutions to existing difficulties and paths forward. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but am able to supplement this with Expressive therapies which can provide a deeper personal meaning to the pursuit of wellness. I believe in the importance of establishing a safe place for the building of relationship and communication with unconditional acceptance of the individual, and of holding that safe space open for the expression and movement of the individual in therapy.

Her style is rooted in humanistic, client-centered work that draws on evidence-based interventions. She emphasizes the belief that people can grow, change and endure, and she uses each individual’s existing strengths as the foundation for finding solutions and moving forward.
Although trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, she often integrates expressive and art-based methods to add deeper personal meaning to the work toward wellness. Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, research indicates that remote therapy is comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their life best, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. That range of options makes it easier to schedule and maintain consistent care.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is desired, clients generally have the option to switch therapists. Online therapy can be a practical, effective way to address everyday mental health needs while fitting treatment into a busy schedule.
