Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome!
My name is Dr. Clarence (Chip) Chapman, and I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor. I’ve been privileged to work in the mental health field for over 11 years, supporting people in many different settings—ranging from inpatient and outpatient care to home-based and community support. Over the years, I’ve walked alongside individuals and families facing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and relationship struggles.
My approach is simple: you are the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, clarify your goals, and create a plan that feels meaningful to you. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients notice how thoughts, feelings, and actions connect—especially when old patterns get in the way of living fully.
Outside of the counseling room, I received my doctoral Ed.D. and I am focused on community and pastoral counseling. My faith plays an important role in my life, and I strive to live in a way that reflects my values. I also love being outdoors—whether it’s hiking, canoeing, camping, or simply looking up at the stars. My wife and I have four wonderful grown children and four pets who keep our lives joyful and busy.
I look forward to meeting you and working together toward the version of yourself you want to become.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care for most people.
A primary benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that works best for them, whether through video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to keep consistent with appointments.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change providers if they seek a different fit. For many, online therapy provides an accessible and effective route to address everyday mental health concerns while accommodating personal schedules and preferences.
