Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with children and families. I have also worked with adults with severe and persistent mental health conditions and dual diagnosis. My passion is trauma and I have extensive training in this area while working with students and in my role as a foster parent for the past 7 years. I have also worked with a wide range of other concerns including depression, parenting problems, relationship issues, grief, anxiety, OCD and ADHD.
My approach is respectfully warm and caring and I strive to provide space – emotionally and physically, for my clients to feel safe and open to share concerns and start the healing process. My approach is trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy combined with family centered and solution focused modalities.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical practice have shown that remote sessions work well for these kinds of issues.
One major advantage is convenience and flexibility. Clients can choose the format that fits their life best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to attend regularly without rearranging too much of their schedule.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is desired, clients have the option to switch therapists. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible way to begin and continue work on their mental health goals.
