Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am credentialed in the UK with over 5 years of professional work experience, as well as lived experience of profound grief as well as traumatic physical health diagnosis, (now fully recovered) which I processed overcame through talking therapies.
I have vast experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, low self worth, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & anger management. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I will complete a certificate in couples therapy in Summer 2025, but I already have gained a good knowledge from training so far in supporting couples to communicate better and resolve conflict. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

Many people ask whether remote therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common difficulties such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to access support from wherever you are located.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone feels a different fit would be better they can switch practitioners at any time. Online therapy offers an adaptable way to access skilled therapeutic support for many common mental health and life concerns.
