Zachary Havens

Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

I am licensed in Ohio with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.

I have a wealth of experience in working through life traumas, and other impactful situations that help the individual feel “stuck” in their current patterns of living. I work with my clients to ensure growth towards an agreed upon goal, and expand on the client’s current understanding of self through treatment.

I am specialized in working with first responders, athletes, injury rehabilitation, mood disturbances, work issues, depression, adjustment, anxiety, and a variety of other related issues typical of those with challenging life experiences. I believe that we all would benefit from someone to talk to at times, and I hope to be the trusted person in your life whom you can converse with, and will be an unjudgmental voice in treatment. I am currently completing training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and would appreciate the opportunity to work with clients using this modality to reduce the symptoms of anxiety, trauma, and other related distress.

If this sounds like I would be a good fit for you, or a member of your family, please request an appointment. I welcome you, and I look forward to assisting you with meeting your unique goals in treatment.

Is Online Therapy the Right Step Toward Better Mental Health?

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can really help. For most common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.

One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care when life gets complicated.

All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit. For many people, virtual therapy provides an accessible, effective path to support and progress.
