Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a qualified Integrative-Relational Counsellor and Psychotherapist, practicing since 2018. I offer a compassionate, client-centred approach to emotional and psychological wellbeing, grounded in the belief that each person’s journey is unique. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can explore life’s challenges at a pace that feels right for you.
My therapeutic work draws from a range of approaches, tailored to meet your individual needs. At the heart of this work is the therapeutic relationship – I place great value on building trust, authenticity, and connection, as this often becomes the foundation for meaningful change.
I support adults and young people facing a wide variety of challenges, including anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, identity issues, life transitions, and unresolved trauma. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, counselling can help you make sense of your experiences, recognise unhelpful patterns, and develop new ways of coping and growing.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel daunting. You may be unsure about what to expect or even what you need from therapy. That’s completely okay – I’m here to meet you where you are, and to walk alongside you as we explore what feels important to you. My aim is to offer a confidential, non-judgemental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
