Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi. I have quite an extensive work history in the social service field all leading to my present and most rewarding position as an Independent Clinical Social Worker/Therapist. All my years of being in this field has given me the opportunity to work with a very diverse population, including the LGBTQIA community.
I particularly enjoy working with people who struggle with interpersonal conflict whether it is with self, a friend, spouse/partner, professionals, parents, children, teachers/professor’s, etc., which all can be very difficult to maneuver through at times. These conflicts can cause immense anxiety, depression, confusion, sometimes leading to substance use and other issues/behaviors that you may want to address. My treatment approach is varied and includes a humanistic one of acceptance allowing for a building of trust and collaboration between us as well as evidence based practices of cognitive behavioral techniques, psycho-dynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing.
“While there’s life, there’s hope” I look forward to hearing from you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person appointments for most people.
A major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that works best for you, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This versatility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and you have the option to change therapists if you feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can offer a practical, accessible route to addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
