Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As a believer in the great human capacity for growth and personal development, I offer Person-Centred counselling approach which is based on this belief too. This type of therapy puts the client at the centre, and the client is the only person qualified to make choices for themselves. My role as a Person-Centred counsellor is to support the process of client’s self-discovery, the building of self-awareness, and the exploration of feelings, conflicts (relational and internal) and the reasons for them. This I provide through the non-judgemental listening, the true desire to understand the client in the way that they understand themselves, and through using my natural tendencies for empathy, compassion and understanding. Through this environment of acceptance and understanding, clients can feel safe to explore and grow, make changes that they need in their life, and build a healthy relationship with self, and then others. My personal interests include mindfulness, philosophy and balanced wellbeing, which reflects in the way I practice. As a Person-Centred counsellor, I endavour to be genuine, to offer a safe space for you to explore your feelings, and to build trusting, helpful relationships.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility – people can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. Online work can provide an accessible route to consistent therapeutic support for many common mental health and relationship concerns.
