Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Virginia, I am a UK-based therapist with a Foundation Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan). I bring clinical experience from working in a domestic violence center supporting people who have faced relational trauma and abuse. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy and mindfulness-based techniques.
I offer an authentic, direct and non-judgmental space where we can work deeply on issues such as grief and loss, dysfunctional relationships, codependency, domestic violence, emotional challenges and emotional regulation. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a living, transformative space, so it’s important to me that before we begin you get a clear sense of my style and decide if it fits what you are looking for.
I am a present and engaged therapist, sometimes provocative when needed, and I bring a touch of sarcasm and humor to the work — and yes, swearing is more than welcome here.
I work best with adults who have a strong desire to reconnect with their inner freedom , the freedom to consciously choose how to live, to understand their habitual patterns and to explore what feels authentic and healthy for them. Together we take shared responsibility to explore and clarify what truly works for you. This isn’t about quick fixes or ready-made answers but real, grounded support.
Creativity is always welcome here. Whether through art, poetry, music or other expressive forms these can be powerful ways to connect with your emotions and enrich our therapeutic journey.
I’m not the right fit for those looking to idealise their therapist, be saved or have their problems solved for them, yes, I’m human and I scroll my phone on the toilet too. My work is about building a mature relationship between adults based on mutual presence respect and a genuine desire to create meaningful and sustainable change.
Note for Italian clients I prefer to use the formal “Lei” to maintain a clear and respectful therapeutic frame.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to access support from wherever you are.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit. Online work can provide a practical, accessible route to consistent therapeutic support when needed.
