Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Counseling is a self-exploratory journey toward inner peace. It is an opportunity to grow emotionally. Emotional growth and maturity is a life work. What is emotional maturity? It includes the ability to be honest, open, genuine, transparent, and loving. It means you don’t change you, to be a version of you, that you think someone else wants you to be. You display the ability to be kind to others, but you will set boundaries so you are not compromised. You live in your heart and experience and not in your small mind. We all face challenging times and need an enlightened witness to guide us through.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. I have a Master’s degree in Counseling. I incorporate many therapeutic modalities, these include:
• Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
• Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
• My approach is from an Existential and Transpersonal perspective
I am compassionate, empathic, and intuitive. Those are tools I will use to connect with you. I will guide you through this unique but powerful therapeutic process that is BetterHelp. Thank you for taking this opportunity for your emotional growth. I’m glad that you are here.

Counseling is presented as a path of self-exploration aimed at finding greater inner peace and continued emotional growth. Vida Phoenix frames emotional development as a lifelong practice that involves becoming more honest, open, genuine, transparent, and loving in everyday life.
She emphasizes that emotional maturity means remaining true to oneself rather than reshaping who one is to meet another person’s expectations. Kindness toward others is coupled with firm boundary-setting so personal values and needs are protected. Vida encourages living from the heart and from lived experience rather than from a smaller, constricted mindset.
Vida is a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Texas and holds a master’s degree in Counseling. With 20 years of clinical experience, she integrates several therapeutic approaches, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and works from existential and transpersonal perspectives.

Vida guides people through a thoughtful, client-centered process that supports emotional growth and greater maturity. She welcomes those ready to take that step and is glad they reached out.
Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most situations.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can choose the mode of connection that fits their needs and comfort level, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to weave therapeutic support into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if someone feels a different fit would be better, it is possible to switch therapists. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, effective option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
