Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an integrative counsellor and hypnotherapist, qualified in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience. I have supported clients with stress and anxiety, self-harming, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and will create a safe, non-judgemental space where you will feel comfortable to explore the issues you want to change.
I will provide a flexible treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I will use a number of different counselling and hypnotherapy approaches to enable me to do this.
A Person Centred Approach will ensure we build a trusting relationship where you are at the centre of our sessions. A Psychodynamic Approach will help you explore the past and CBT will help you focus on unhelpful thoughts and behaviours you want to change.
Hypnotherapy is another effective method that can be used within our intervention if this is .something you want to explore.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and managing life transitions – online therapy has been found to be just as effective as traditional face-to-face work.
One major benefit is convenience and flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best: through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety can make it simpler to fit therapy into a busy routine.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit. Online therapy offers an accessible route to professional support for many everyday mental health and life concerns.
