Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
When the demands of our lives grow to fast, our mental health takes a back seat. I work with patients to find a place of calm in their every day life, to help heal from anxiety, trauma, depression and other negative associations. We will work together to understand how the past and present intersects; and build new coping skills to heal from past trauma, and find new ways to navigate life. I have 13 years experience that directs my practice, in that time I’ve learned building a therapeutic relationship is the foundation for change. I focus our time to get to know you and your goals then we can create change.
I specialize in healing from traumatic pasts, disconnecting from unhealthy relationships, learning new ways to build relationships and establishing safety in our own lives. I use my background in understanding attachment and trauma to help you navigate to a space of safety.
I use She/her pronouns. I am currently only open for messaging based clients. I look forward to getting to know you!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – you can connect in the format that suits you best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to maintain continuity of care.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if you feel a different fit would be better, you can switch therapists at any time. For many people, remote sessions offer a practical, effective way to address everyday mental health concerns and move toward their goals.
