Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
With over 10 years of experience as a professional counsellor, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging experiences. My expertise spans across various critical areas of mental health and well-being including extensive work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional distress. I provide tailored therapeutic interventions to help individuals regain emotional and mental wellness.
I use an integrative counselling approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Psychodynamic Theory. This allows me to adapt my methods to your unique needs, promoting personal growth and long-term well-being.
My practice is grounded in deep empathy with a genuine commitment to helping others. By exploring your options for therapy, you’ve already taken a meaningful step forward in caring for yourself. If you decide to move forward, know that I’ll provide a safe, confidential space where you can talk freely through any issues or challenges in your life that you are struggling with. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to help you feel listened to, emotionally supported, and more empowered to handle whatever life brings.
I offer the majority of my sessions on a Monday throughout the day and into the early evening, and then a Friday. There will be other sporadic sessions available throughout the week but these available slots may vary week on week.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and practice have shown that remote sessions work well for a wide range of everyday mental health issues.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. People can connect with therapists in the way that suits them best – by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy life. All therapists are licensed professionals, and individuals can choose to switch to a different therapist at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
