Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Tina Teel. I am a very experienced licensed professional counselor in helping people improve their skills in dealing with stress, anxiety, relationships, and family issues. I have private practices in Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. I only see clients virtually through online sites specifically for counseling.
My master’s degree is in Counseling and Guidance from Texas State University, and my bachelor’s degree is in Human Resource Management (combining psychology and business) from the University of Texas.
When I am not helping my clients to improve their lives, you will find me with my daughter, helping her with her two young sons. I have lived in Germany and traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe.
I hope to start working with you to improve your life very soon!

Christina Teel-Gonzales is a Texas-based licensed professional counselor with 28 years of experience helping people strengthen coping skills and navigate life challenges. She works with individuals on stress, anxiety, self-esteem, career difficulties, adapting to life changes, LGBT concerns, relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting challenges, and ADHD.
She maintains private practices in Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, yet conducts all client sessions virtually through online counseling sites. This online-only approach allows her to reach clients across a wide area while focusing on therapeutic goals through remote sessions.
Her academic background includes a master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance from Texas State University and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Texas, a program that combined elements of psychology and business. She is a licensed professional counselor in Texas, which reflects her long-standing commitment to the field.
Outside of her practice, Christina spends time with her daughter and assists with her two young sons. She has lived in Germany and has traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe. She looks forward to beginning work with new clients and supporting improvements in their lives.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions, online therapy has been shown to offer effectiveness comparable to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the format that works best for you, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to access support from different locations.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if you find that a therapist is not the right fit, you have the option to switch to someone else. For many people, online therapy delivers practical, accessible support for everyday mental health and life challenges.
