Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I am Tiaira Willis- Haynes. I have been providing therapeutic services for over 5 years. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is Nationally Certified. I received my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018. My favorite theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I graciously believe how we think and behave plays a role in our current struggles. I also utilize Solution Focused Therapy when problems need to be resolved quickly.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and loved ones. I started this helping journey when I first entered college. As I navigated my way into adulthood, I found myself to always be the person others were drawn to in their time of need. I then learned my strongest therapeutic skills were being openminded while listening and showing empathy towards others.
A high percentage of my caseload involves those struggling with anxiety, anger, depression, family or relationship conflict, domestic violence, parenting, life skills, and stress. The joy I get when I realize I am helping someone makes this career worthwhile.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support, encourage, listen, and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people ask whether virtual counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One key benefit is convenience – clients can connect in the way that suits them best whether by video, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit regular sessions into busy schedules and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists who offer online services are licensed professionals, and clients may choose a different therapist at any time if they are looking for a better fit. For many, remote therapy provides an accessible, practical path to consistent emotional and behavioral support.
