Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I am Tiaira Willis- Haynes. I have been providing therapeutic services for over 5 years. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is Nationally Certified. I received my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018. My favorite theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I graciously believe how we think and behave plays a role in our current struggles. I also utilize Solution Focused Therapy when problems need to be resolved quickly.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and loved ones. I started this helping journey when I first entered college. As I navigated my way into adulthood, I found myself to always be the person others were drawn to in their time of need. I then learned my strongest therapeutic skills were being openminded while listening and showing empathy towards others.
A high percentage of my caseload involves those struggling with anxiety, anger, depression, family or relationship conflict, domestic violence, parenting, life skills, and stress. The joy I get when I realize I am helping someone makes this career worthwhile.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support, encourage, listen, and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Willis- Haynes began her helping journey in college and discovered early on that listening with empathy and remaining openminded are among her strongest therapeutic skills. Outside of work she spends free time with her husband and loved ones.
She finds deep satisfaction in supporting others toward greater wellbeing, and she welcomes clients who are ready to take courageous steps toward a more fulfilling life.
Many people wonder whether receiving care online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and navigating life transitions, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can meet with a licensed professional in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed therapists provide these services, and if someone decides they would like a different provider, it is possible to switch to another therapist at any time.
