Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a mother, wife, friend, adventurer, optimist and free spirit. This has allowed me to be able to calmly and with an open mind assess each individual’s needs and different problems that may arise in their life and support skill building. My counseling style tends to be focused on problem solving and looking for positive and healthy ways to live your best life. I have been described as being relatable, kind, considerate, genuine, supportive and empowering.
I hope to help you find your strengths and help you reach your goals. I’m here to help you make sense of what is going on in your life right now. I believe that everyone deserves to have someone in their life whom they can be open and honest with. Someone who is not going to judge them or make them feel less than.
I earned a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Simmons College in 2006, became a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in 2008 and earned my Life Coaching Certificate from University of New Hampshire in 2016. I am passionate about helping teens and young adults see their potential and learn the skills they need to live a happier, healthier and more positive lifestyle. I also support parents who are looking to help their children learn these skills as well.
I have supported teens, young adults (and their parents) in their transition out of high school; with the college search and application process; gain vocational & job skills; build social skills to have meaningful relationships; develop coping and self care skills to overcome anxiety; create health and fitness routines; and learn ways to support growth and encourage potential.
