Tia Savage is a mother, wife, friend, adventurer, optimist and free spirit who brings a calm, open-minded presence to her clinical work. She assesses each person’s needs with care and supports practical skill building to address the problems that arise in everyday life.
Her counseling is oriented toward problem solving and discovering positive, healthy ways to live one’s best life. She works collaboratively to identify strengths, set goals, and teach skills that support lasting change. She has been described as relatable, kind, considerate, genuine, supportive and empowering.
Tia earned a Master of Social Work from Simmons College in 2006, became a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts in 2008, and completed a life coaching certificate at the University of New Hampshire in 2016. She brings 15 years of clinical experience to her practice in New Hampshire.
She is particularly passionate about supporting teens and young adults as they navigate transitions out of high school, the college search and application process, and the early steps of vocational and job skill development. She also works with parents who want to help their children build social skills, develop coping and self-care strategies for anxiety, create health and fitness routines, and identify paths for growth and potential.
