Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 26 years of experience providing Christian counseling services to individuals and couples helping with issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship challenges and major life transitions. Additionally, my background also includes nursing, military life and teaching college level courses. My counseling style reflects a relationship focused approach utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral strategies. I have a holistic approach to help one move towards change that includes a focus on individual and relational awareness, taking responsibility and pursuing well-being in every area of life.
As an individual client, you will be encouraged to explore and build a deeper understanding of yourself, your strengths and your responses to life’s challenges as well as develop a greater awareness of your relationship with God and others.
As a couple, you will also be engaged in a holistic approach. But in addition, you will be encouraged to explore the unique dynamics of your relationship and God’s design while developing greater insight into your needs, strengths and your responses to life’s challenges as a team. This all helps to create a lifelong commitment.
While my Christian faith is the foundation for my services, I am respectful to understand your needs and your values and to help you work towards your specific counseling goals.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online truly helps. For a wide range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating major life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
Another advantage is flexibility. You can connect with a therapist in the way that suits you best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to make therapy a consistent part of your routine.
Sessions are led by licensed professionals, and if you decide a different approach or personality might work better, you can switch to another therapist at any time.
