Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Greetings and welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, dually licensed in the states of Pennsylvania and Texas…currently residing in Pennsylvania. I have two grown daughters, and love nature and animals…especially dogs. My experience in the field of Mental Health is varied, and includes work in foster care and adoption, domestic violence, and community mental health. In the past 20 years, I have worked in many settings including; mobile therapist, school-based therapist, home-based therapist, and a county psychiatric hospital setting. Collectively, these work experiences have resulted in my ability to help people who are dealing with such issues as depression, anxiety, bipolar, dual diagnosis, addiction, codependency, complex trauma, PTSD, attachment issues, family of origin issues, shame, poor self-esteem, gender identity, and self-defeating patterns. I have a special interest in women’s empowerment, helping those abused as children, and those suffering from chronic illness and pain.
My clients say that they like therapy services with me, because I am calm, non-judgmental, open, warm, and caring. They report that they feel safe in sessions with me. This is a very important goal I have for my clients. When they feel safe within the therapeutic container of our alliance, there is more trust, and more can be accomplished. I am patient, attentive, and client-centered in my approach. You are the leader, and I am accompanying you on your journey. We will go at the pace that is comfortable for you.
I use a mosaic of modalities, depending on the situation and client’s needs. This mosaic includes parts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Inner Child Work, Trauma Focused, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt, Existentialism, and Mindfulness. My therapeutic modalities are always client-centered.
I look forward to the privilege of working with you on your journey!

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical experience indicate that remote sessions can deliver meaningful progress for these kinds of issues.
A major benefit is flexibility: clients can meet with a therapist in the format that fits their needs, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity of care.
All participating professionals are licensed, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different match would be more helpful. Online therapy expands access and offers practical ways to receive consistent support while working toward personal goals.
