Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a different fit is desired, clients typically have the option to switch therapists. This approach can make consistent care more accessible while preserving the core therapeutic relationship and goals.
