Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A key benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of communication that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care through these channels, and if a client decides they would prefer a different therapist, they have the option to switch at any time.
