Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been a therapist for over 16 years. I received my master’s degree in counseling psychology from Seton Hall University, and my Bachelor of Science degree from York College of Pennsylvania. However, this is a career change for me. This change was brought about by a sudden disruption to my life.
As a therapist I have experience in treating addictions, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, bipolar disorder, anger management, and more. I employ cognitive behavioral therapy, most of the time. However, depending on the client and their needs I may use short term solution focused therapy or ACT. What is important to me to is for you, the client, to reach your goals and lead a more fulfilling, satisfying life. Let me help you to become a better you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is scheduling flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if you decide you would prefer a different fit at any time, you can switch therapists. Online therapy offers an accessible route to professional support for many everyday mental health concerns.
