Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Clients that I work with are the leaders of therapy. I will work along side you and help guide you. I believe therapy is your journey, not mine. I want to help people who struggle with everyday life and help them feel confident and happy with the choices they make. They are the ones that know what will help them the most, sometimes we just need help figuring that out. I help with validating thoughts and feelings, building coping skills, managing stressors and overall life skills. I can help people begin to express themselves in a healthy and safe way and communicate in a way that they will be heard. I have worked with individuals in an inpatient setting as well as in private practice. I have a Master’s Degree in Human Relations Counseling and am licensed as an LPC and LADC. My go to approach is client centered and as I stated earlier this journey is yours, I am hopeful and confident that I can and have made a difference in people’s lives for the better and I build rapport very easily and believe in each person being able to reach their goals and will help assist you in obtaining those goals.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, research and clinical experience indicate that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapeutic work into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care during life transitions.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit. For many people, remote sessions offer an accessible, practical way to address everyday mental health concerns and life challenges.
