In addition to EMDR, Stephen uses a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Family Systems approach. Stephen aims to provide a safe and caring environment in which to help his clients gain freedom and relief from the difficulties they are experiencing.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions – remote therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most situations.
One significant benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that works best for them: video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to request a different therapist at any time if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy offers a practical, accessible way to work on mental health and relationship goals with qualified therapists.
