Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW) and have worked in multiple settings, advocating, coaching and providing guidance for individuals with concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, isolation/loneliness, grief, loss, bereavement, end of life / hospice, compassion fatigue, forgiveness, self care, self esteem, life purpose and coping with life changes. I have worked with individuals at different stages of Cancer survivorship and end of life.
I strive to make the therapy experience genuine, positive, respectful and safe. My communication style is warm, kind and engaging. I do not believe in using stigmatizing labels. Although I am not an expert in LBGTQ+ issues/experience yet, I am educated and my practice approach is LBGTQ+ affirming, respectfully.
My therapeutic approach is solution focused, client centered and strength based drawing heavily from cognitive behavioral and humanistic therapies. I believe human beings have the amazing capacity to self heal, inspire, empower, learn from others but most vastly learn from our own struggles, challenges and triumphs. Therapy is a process that can help you discover the lesson or silver lining your problem has presented to you. Therapy can also help you discover new and better ways of thinking and coping with challenges you face.
Each of us has unique gifts that if discovered and embraced can help guide us to a more peaceful, joyful and fulfilling life. I applaud you in reaching out and taking the first steps toward seeking a happier life.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their life, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to attend sessions without rearranging an entire schedule.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and if someone decides they would prefer a different match, it is possible to switch to another therapist at any time. For many people, the combination of proven effectiveness and adaptable access makes online therapy a practical option to consider.
