I am certified in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization), and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Behavioral Therapy). But most importantly, I have a strong desire to see people happy and functioning at their desired level.
