Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia with 17 years of experience. My career began in mental health hospitals, where I worked with children and young adults facing severe trauma. Later, I transitioned into a role as a Care Manager for managed care companies, and eventually, I founded My Caring Counseling, a private practice designed to provide a supportive and creative space where clients feel safe and heard on their journey to healing.
My expertise primarily focuses on clients struggling with depression, anxiety, life stressors, major life transitions, the challenges of a midlife crisis, self-esteem, interpersonal conflicts, and couples therapy.
I approach therapy through a person-centered lens, tailoring my methods to fit each client’s unique needs. I integrate various techniques, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, supportive therapy, and movement therapy. This holistic approach aims to enhance your cognitive, emotional, and physical well-being. My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and attentive, and I’m here to listen closely and help you find the path that works best for you.
As a therapist from a diverse cultural background, I am deeply committed to offering inclusive care to individuals from all walks of life, including young adults, older adults, and couples. I have completed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training to ensure that my approach is respectful and responsive to the unique needs of every client. I believe in the power of self-healing and in your ability to create meaningful change in your life, and I’m excited to walk alongside you as you navigate this process.
I’m honored to be part of your journey and look forward to supporting you as we work together toward your goals.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that works best for them, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit regular sessions into a busy schedule and to access care from different locations.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch to a different therapist at any time if they want a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, adaptable way to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns while keeping continuity of care.
