For many common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes—online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the format that best fits their routine and comfort level: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging.
This range of options can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and maintain continuity of care.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients may choose to switch therapists if they want a different fit.
