Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Psychologist with 30 years of experience working in the mental health field. I was licensed to provide counseling services at the Masters Level from 1998 until I became licensed at the Doctoral level at 2014. I have a broad range of experience. I’ve worked with individuals across the life span from toddlers through geriatric patients in many different settings. Some issues I have worked with consistently over the years include mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I also have considerable experience assisting individuals in dealing with trauma.
My approach is Person Centered along with motivational interviewing and at times techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy or mindfulness therapy as a supplement. This means that I meet you where you’re at. I firmly believe we all strive toward positive growth when given the opportunity. I strive to build a safe relationship with you where I will be genuine, treat you with unconditional positive regard (no judgement), and empathy. I want to walk with you through your journey and help you create the change you are seeking in your life.

Dr. Shelley Wolfe is a licensed psychologist practicing in Arizona who brings a compassionate, person-focused approach to clinical work. She began providing counseling at the master’s level and later advanced to doctoral-level licensure in 2014, building a career that reflects more than two decades of work in the mental health field.
Her experience spans many settings and includes work with people across the lifespan, from toddlers to older adults. She has consistently supported individuals coping with mood-related concerns such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, and she has substantial experience helping people who are processing trauma.
Dr. Wolfe’s work is grounded in a person-centered philosophy, complemented by motivational interviewing and, when helpful, techniques drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practice. She emphasizes meeting clients where they are, fostering a genuine therapeutic relationship marked by empathy and nonjudgmental support, and partnering with clients to create the changes they seek in their lives.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions – online therapy can be an effective option that compares well with in-person sessions. Research and clinical experience suggest that remote care works well for a wide range of everyday mental health needs.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can choose the contact method that best fits their comfort and schedule – video visits, telephone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to include therapy in a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online care, and clients have the option to change therapists if they decide another fit would be better. For many people, the convenience and accessibility of remote sessions lower practical barriers to getting consistent support.
