Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/therapist licensed in New York State. Over the past five years, I have provided therapy to a diverse group of clients dealing with depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, parenting problems, and attachment-related traumas. I have also supported many people who have experienced sexual trauma, physical abuse, or emotional abuse. Prior to working as a therapist, I worked for six years in an evidence-based, behavior modification program that stabilized families in crisis who were considering out-of-home placement for their child due to interpersonal, societal and environmental stressors.
My therapy style is warm, client-focused, and empathetic. I believe that dignity, compassion, and respect are at the heart of a transformative therapeutic relationship and that with the right support, people can achieve their desired outcome. My approach is strengths-based, client-centered, evidence-informed, trauma-focused and solution-focused.
It takes courage to face our reality and to take the steps to connect to a therapist that is a good fit. When you do, I would welcome the opportunity to support you.
I look forward to working with you!

For many common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions—online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and practice have shown that remote sessions often deliver comparable outcomes for these issues.
One major benefit of online therapy is its flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are conducted by licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic match is desired, clients have the option to switch providers. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and practical path to support and progress in their mental health.
