Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Sharn and I am an integrative counsellor. I specialise in Trauma, Autism, ADHD, Anxiety and Depression, and working with College/University staff and students. We are all different and unique so I tailor my therapeutic approach to your individual need.
I can appreciate how overwhelming and isolating life can feel sometimes, and how being our authentic and vulnerable self can feel risky and unsafe – particularly if we have been through difficult or traumatic experiences.
Together, and at your pace, we can start to make sense of your experiences, your world, and how you relate with yourself and others; enabling you to move forward in life feeling liberated and empowered with authenticity.
I draw upon a number of therapeutic approaches to tailor my approach to your individual needs; offering a genuine person-centred approach. I believe in the healing process of a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental relationship and provide a warm, trusting, and nurturing space for you to openly explore and express yourself.
I can appreciate how scary it can feel to take the first steps to contact a new therapist, but I also know how empowering and life changing counselling can be. When you feel ready, we can move together, at your pace, to start your therapeutic journey.

Many people question whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person treatment for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can choose the format that suits you best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to access support from where you are.
Therapy provided online is delivered by licensed professionals, and if you decide you would like a different fit you can switch therapists at any time. For many individuals, remote sessions offer a practical, effective route to getting the support they need.
