Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome
I am a Licensed Integrative Therapist in the UK. I offer a safe and supportive space to talk about what’s on your mind and work through challenges at your own pace.
I offer a safe, supportive space
I help people affected by trauma or abuse process difficult experiences, manage overwhelming emotions, and reconnect with themselves and others.
Supporting a range of challenges
I also support people with challenges that may stem from trauma or abuse, as well as those experiencing similar struggles for other reasons. These challenges can include:
• Low self-esteem
• Stress
• Depression
• Grief
• Relationship difficulties
Alongside private practice, I support women through a community charity who have experienced domestic abuse and sexual violence.
Why work with me?
As an Integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to your needs. I provide a safe, empathic, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly. I believe you are the expert of your own life and walk alongside you, helping you explore options and find your own solutions — guiding you toward clarity, healing, and confidence.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can be a practical option for people seeking professional support without changing their routine.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with therapists in the way that suits them best – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All online sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit they can switch therapists at any time. For many, online therapy provides an accessible, adaptable route to working through everyday difficulties and life transitions.
