Hi! I’m Shannon and I am an Integrative counsellor. I offer a safe, healing, and inclusive space to explore any concerns or issues that might be affecting your day to day life. Together, we will work towards helping you understand yourself better and empower you to make changes so you can live a more authentic and balanced life.
I will always be guided by you, at your pace, with what you feel comfortable with, and work towards building a therapeutic relationship based on respect and trust. During our time together, we may explore self-limiting beliefs, where they come from, and create lasting change that is aligned with who you truly are.
