I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. Los Angeles who has been practicing in this profession for over 25 years. My approach of psychotherapy depends on the person that I am working with, because I belief that people are different and their problems are also different. The therapy approach that I mostly I use are CBT-Cognitive behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus, Narrative existential therapy, Trauma Focused-CBT, and much more. I have 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, in both the Community Mental Health model and in private practice.
