Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed therapist in the state of Tennesse and I have experience working with adults and adolescents struggling with addiction and also with children and adolescents struggling with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Throughout these experiences, I have learned that trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and many more are common throughout all age groups.
It’s common to walk through life and be too busy to think about and focus on yourself. Sometimes other life events can take priority over taking care of ourselves. I have found my passion to be working alongside individuals from all walks of life to overcome obstacles in their lives and strive to provide a safe environment to allow healing and growth. I encourage individuals to take the first step in taking care of themselves and enhancing their life needs and satisfaction.
Sometimes, we don’t know where to start to make improvements in our lives or what steps to take to make a change, I believe that counseling is the first step in taking control of your life and to fulfilling your true self.
