Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling/Psychology from William Jessup University and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
I specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck and are seeking support to process their emotions and accomplish their goals. My approach is client-centered, warm, and compassionate. I believe that people often have an idea of what they need but may need guidance and support along the way to reach their full potential. My ultimate goal is for my clients to feel happy, successful, and empowered in their personal growth.
I have experience supporting clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and I also work with families as a whole.
As a busy mom of two young children, I currently offer sessions during evenings and weekends. Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes. Please note that I am licensed to practice in California, and clients must be located in California during our sessions. I am unfortunately, unable to write any letters that require a diagnosis. This platform does not allow therapist to diagnose and I do not currently have a private practice.
I deeply value self-care and lead by example, taking most holidays off to spend time with my family.
