Sarah Ochsner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from William Jessup University and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary.
She is licensed in California to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist, holding the state license CA LMFT 103079.
Sarah works with individuals who feel stuck and are looking for support to process their emotions and move toward their goals. Her approach is client-centered, warm, and compassionate. She believes many people have a sense of what they need but benefit from guidance and support to reach their full potential, and her aim is for clients to feel happier, more successful, and empowered as they grow.
Her practice addresses a range of concerns, including addictions, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, depression, stress, anxiety, parenting issues, anger management, and coaching. She also provides therapy for families as a whole and has experience supporting clients through trauma and mood-related challenges.
As a busy mom of two young children, Sarah currently offers sessions in the evenings and on weekends. Sessions are approximately 30 minutes long, and clients must be located in California during sessions. She is unable to write letters that require a diagnosis; the platform does not allow therapists to diagnose, and she does not currently have a private practice.
Sarah values self-care and models it by taking most holidays off to spend time with family. If there are questions about membership, please contact the Customer Success Team.
