Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Sarah. I offer a supportive, genuine space to help you find that deep connection to your authentic self.
I have worked in the NHS in different roles finally training as client-centred counsellor. I have supported people to get through difficult times for over 15 years, this includes recovering from physical health, mental health, and emotional issues. I work with people who are struggling to find their place in the world. Or those who have done that work and are struggling to move from just surviving to thriving.
When stressed, we can feel that we want everything to change. We can feel overwhelmed by others’ advice, feel that no-one understands us, and even be confused by our feelings and emotions. People often say that they “do not know who I am” and so need space to find themselves without judgement.
Loved ones might mean well, but sometimes all they give us is judgment.
I offer honesty, reassurance and warmth so you feel safe to test out and explore what it means to be you.
I can also help you to reach goals you never thought possible by being your most authentic self.
I will be there every step of the way as you make changes and overcome your challenges.

Sarah Morrell offers a warm, honest space where people can begin to reconnect with their authentic selves and explore what matters most to them. She draws on her training as a client-centred counsellor – an approach that prioritises the individual’s own experience and pace – to create a supportive atmosphere for change.
Sarah has worked in the NHS in different roles and has supported people to get through difficult times for over 15 years. As a therapist she has six years of direct experience supporting clients, and she works with those who are trying to find their place in the world or who are ready to move from merely surviving to genuinely thriving.
She understands how stress can make everything feel overwhelming – feeling bombarded by advice, believing that no one understands, or becoming confused by intense emotions. Many people say they do not know who they are and need non-judgemental space to rediscover themselves. Loved ones may mean well but sometimes their responses feel like judgement rather than support.
Sarah offers steady reassurance, clear honesty, and genuine warmth so clients feel safe to test out new ways of being and thinking. She supports people to set and reach goals they may have thought were out of reach, and she stays alongside them as they make changes and face challenges.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can offer the same kinds of support and therapeutic progress for typical issues people seek help for.
One clear benefit is practical flexibility. Clients can choose the form of contact that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which helps therapy fit into busy lives and different comfort levels.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different therapeutic fit they can switch therapists at any time. That adaptability, combined with the accessibility of different communication options, makes online therapy a viable route for many people seeking help.
