Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor based in the UK and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, loss, and bereavement.
My therapy style is warm and friendly and I believe that the therapeutic relationship between the client and counsellor is key to a successful outcome. Because of this, my approach combines cognitive-behavioural therapy, person-centred therapy, and mindfulness. All clients are unique, and treatment plans are individual depending on their presenting issues.
I hold a 2:1 degree in psychology from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Health Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University. I am a qualified counsellor with levels 4 and 5 CPCAB qualifications, I am also a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapy (BACP) (membership no – 00929598), currently working towards accreditation.
I very much look forward to hearing from you.

Many people ask whether meeting with a therapist remotely can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most situations.
One major benefit is convenience – clients can connect in whatever way feels most comfortable, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to keep continuity of care.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients are free to change therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit. Online therapy can therefore provide an accessible, adaptable option for people seeking support with everyday mental health and life challenges.
