Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello!
My name is Sandra and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I received my Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education in Counseling from Georgia Southern University. In my eight years as a counselor, I have worked with diverse populations to include military members and spouses and people with multicultural backgrounds. I find that I can best serve my clients by working from different therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), client centered therapy, and mindfulness to name a few. As a counselor, my role is to support and empower my clients with empathy and concern but without judgement while developing a strong therapeutic alliance.
None of us makes it through life alone. I would be honored to be a part of your journey as we work together to help you build the future you envision for yourself.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists who offer online services are licensed professionals, and if a different match is desired it is possible to switch providers at any time. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and effective option for addressing everyday mental health concerns.
