Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with 3 years of professional work experience with youth, adolescents, and adults in a community mental health setting serving at-risk youth and their families. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.
My approach to counseling is through the lens of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and incorporates aspects of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I’ve completed additional training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, and Attachment-Based Family Therapy, and I plan to continue pursuing certification in those modalities.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits them best, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That adaptability makes it simpler to weave therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed, clients have the option to switch therapists at any time. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible way to pursue support for everyday mental health concerns.
