Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California for 16 years but have a total of 40+ years of professional work experience in counseling with individuals and couples. My training and my own 50 years of marriage (yes, 50 years!) has given me insight to specialize in relationship issues, conflict resolution, and building skills to improve communication between partners. I offer pre-marital counseling for those considering marriage. I have worked with persons who have addiction issues, those coping with grief and loss, and those who lack motivation, & self esteem. You are the author of your own story. But sometimes, we need the help of a professional and someone who listens and who cares. It takes courage to reach out…but that courage can lead to a more fulfilling and happier life. That is my hope for you. And I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and practice frequently find comparable outcomes for these issues when care is delivered remotely by qualified professionals.
One key advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to maintain regular sessions and integrate therapy into daily life.
Licensed professionals deliver online therapy, and it is possible to change therapists if a different fit is desired. For many people, remote options provide an accessible pathway to consistent support and progress toward personal goals.
