Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Holding a BSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to my practice. In addition to being an experienced holistic therapist, I weave together a unique blend of therapeutic techniques to nurture the mind, body, and spirit—creating a safe and supportive space for your healing journey.
Before establishing my private counselling practice, I spent four years working in the voluntary sector, offering counselling to individuals from diverse backgrounds. During this time, I supported clients facing challenges such as substance misuse, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, emotional trauma, and grief. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how early life adversities can shape adult behaviours, beliefs, emotions, and thought patterns, inspiring me to become a deeply empathetic and compassionate therapist.
My therapeutic approach is dynamic, creative, and experiential, rooted in a genuine curiosity about your unique story. Drawing on elements of mindfulness and core process psychotherapy, I gently encourage clients to slow down, connect with their physical sensations, and explore their inner worlds. Together, we’ll navigate past experiences and future dilemmas, helping you uncover insights and develop lifelong skills for personal growth and resilience.
Whether you’re seeking short-term guidance or long-term support, our sessions will always be tailored to your goals, with regular reviews to ensure therapy continues to meet your needs.
Welcome to the conversation with a purpose!

Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the format that best suits you, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and if you decide you would prefer a different fit you can switch to another therapist at any time.
